When I initially made the consultation fee and told them what insurance that we had and told them that we were there to get a consult on a breast reduction, not one person told us there was gonna be a $65 fee that was told to us when we got there and checked in and at that point, how do you turn around and leave? We’ve drove 20 minutes to get there we waited three weeks to get in then We weren’t even seen for over an hour in my opinion I was just not impressed at all. I went and had a consult with Dr. Conrad a year ago and he didn’t charge me a dime. But somebody recommended Dr. Sprole and I’m not impressed with any of it, But I’ve never not been told when we called in anywhere if I’m calling to make a doctors appointment if anything I’m doing I’ve always been told there’s either a copayment or a consultation fee and nobody said a word and I also feel like the consultation fee for $65 was a bit excessive

Most incompetent billing I have ever seen by a service provider. First bill I get tells me I am 60 days past due with a statement date of 10-16-25. I then go to pay online using the provided QR code on the bill, enter all my info and create an account only to be told my service provider does not have it setup to pay that way. I then call the phone number on the bill that says to call for billing inquiries only to be told “we have a third party billing and I can give you their number”. Funny that the first option when you call is for billing inquiries. Will never do business with people who are this incompetent and clearly do not understand billing

She listened so thoughtfully to my concerns and goals during the initial consultation, making me ready to book the surgery asap. Now, I’m a couple days post op and I’m sooo happy with the results.
