Thank you so much for taking good care of me! Thank you for putting my IV in my foot AFTER I was asleep. Thank you for your kind words when I was waking up. Thank you for showing my family respect. Thank you for sending a care instructions home with me. All these things that we forget to be thankful for. Most of all thank you for making my first surgery a calming and positive experience.

I had a procedure done here and couldn’t help but leave a review. The two front desk ladies were super sweet (can’t remember the name of the lady who greeted me but Gladys checked me in. Both were super sweet.) Jamee, Michelle, Ann M, Maddie(Anesthesiologist), were all very kind and supportive! That means a lot, I wasn’t excited to be there but they made it comfortable. I was also impressed on how they treated each other. You could tell they were a team and willing to lend one another a hand! Dr. Hentzen was very kind and helped me feel comfortable!

I got surgery there yesterday. They were extremely organized and all super sweet. I was extremely nervous due to it being my fist surgery, but they were so thorough I didn’t even have to ask any questions. They warmed the operation table for me, they kept me in blankets on the way there because the OR is cold, everything.

The staff at Cypress Surgery Center are wonderful - from front desk to registration, billing, nurses, anesthesia - I was very impressed. The facility is run efficiently and smoothly. If you are given a choice of surgery center by your surgeon/provider, I highly recommend Cypress!
