Everything about the experience was perfect! The staff was polite, professional, and genuinely friendly. My 9:15 outpatient surgery actually started on time, and I was actually allowed to recover until I said I was good to leave. Not being rushed out the door after was the icing on the cake. I called multiple times to reschedule a procedure, I have spoken to the actual scheduling person once. That was only to cancel my procedure and even then they made no attempt to resolve any issues. I left voicemails and received 0 call backs. So I just cancelled my procedure. If they take care of customer service (yes, we are also customers. You take money for a service) as well as you perform surgery then I don't want you to cut on me.
