Be prepared to wait for hours before you ever get registered or called back. Then another hour before anything else happens. I will absolutely refuse to be sent here again that's for sure. And the lady at the front desk is a rude snob.

If you value your life/health DO NOT GO HERE!. Staff is incompetant and unprofessional. Scheduling is horrible, staff couldn't work simple machines or computers. Over 2 hours and still nothing so we left after my wife being told it would be a long time before our son is called back. So we spent money on a hotel room the night before to ensure we were there on time, only to waste our time, and not be able to get a diagnosis for our son. This place from the moment we walked in the door we could tell they have no clue what their doing, they should be shut down. We were scared to even let them be in a operation with our son so due to everything combined, we left.

This place is great, the doctors, and all the people in the back are amazing, even when registering, but the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because your receptionist is absolutely awful! Hateful, rude, and only worried about her looks and her phone. The way she talked to people on the phone was very uncalled for and very disrespectful. She even wanted to be stand offish with me. Other than that. You have an amazing office. I’d just try to fix that problem or get rid of it.

I have been here twice for cataract surgery on both eyes.. My first time was amazing. In and out in LESS than 2 hours so I had no problem with having a second appointment made there. Boy was I wrong‼️ The staff is very kind and welcoming with the exception of one female part time worker whom shall remain nameless. My appointment was made for 8:45 am. It was 10:30 before I was called back and then it was 12:40 before I had my surgery and 1:50 when I left. This is very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Not only to the patient but to the person that is required to drive you. They do not expect and some can not clear a whole day just to take someone for a minor surgery at a center. If it was for an outpatient surgery at a hospital that would be different. If a patient is scheduled to be last for the day there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON they should have to be there at the same time as the patient scheduled for the first surgery of the day. Ridiculous‼️ Do better people with the scheduling of appointments. I would notrecommend this place until they're better with time.

I had the best surgery experience of my life here, and I've had quite a few surgeries. The receptionist, triage nurse, operating room nurses, anesthesiologist, my surgeon, and recovery room nurse were some of the kindest, caring people I've ever had take care of me. From the time I pulled into the parking lot until the time I was heading home was about 2.5 hours, which was incredible; however, I was prepared to spend all day there because you never know what will happen in a medical facility. I imagine everyone complaining about wait times have been so incredibly fortunate to never have a complication or issue arise during surgery that required extra time or care. When I need surgery again in the future, I really hope it is a procedure I can have done here.
