I had a appointment back in December of 2020. I went in for my COVID test a few days before my test. I did the prep for the test a few days later and was going to the office the morning of the testing and got a call on my way to the office 15 minutes before getting there. Needless to say I was very upset that I did not get a call from the office before hand telling me I had COVID an could not be tested that day. I now have made a call to the office on August 2 2021 to set up another test and was told by the office I would be getting a call in two to three days to make my appointment from a outside of their office. Again I am very disappointed in the services of this office who is a part of St Elizabeth. Your care service has once again disappointed me I know I am not the only person that has and will be disappointed with your services in the future. Thank you Timothy Hiatt
