I will never go back to this place again majority of the staff is very welcoming and nice but some of the doctors in particular Dr. Castro is very rude and incompetent at his work. I got recommended to that place only to not see the dr. I was told I was to see for my one year old, which was ok since I heard such good things. I'm not sure if they are not use to small children as patients but I expect more compassion, and a actually examination the amount of money spent for good insurance you would think it comes with good service and that's not what I got..

Loved Dr Renzi. Staff was very friendly. The worst part in MOHS procedure is the wait time to see if they've removed it all, but it's better than going back several times to get it all.

The best and easiest appointment I've ever had with a doctor's office. Dr Jeter and her team are fantastic and genuinely seem to care about their patients. The online check in made the process really quick and I was in an exam room within minutes of getting out of my car.

If you have any other option do not go to this office. I was dealing with a major skin issue surrounding my eyes, had been referred to this office after many many appointments at various other doctors, and this doctor argued with me about what is skin. So these doctors would rather waste everyone's time than just listening and doing their jobs.

I’ve been coming here for 10+ years. Up until the last year, things were wonderful. The dermatologists are amazing but the supporting staff from check in to check out really need customer service training. I’m sure it’s not everyone but the few I’ve dealt with were rude, hung up on me without saying bye, and were just brash. When you’re dealing with people’s health and their finances, there needs to be a level of professionalism and respect. Not sure what’s going on here but I hope things improve.
