Absolute deplorable place. I would not recommend Louisville Surgery Center. They failed to advise us and every single patient that walked in the door the day we were there of the expected costs ahead of time, and everyone was blindsided with a several hundred-dollar payment requirement upon arrival. This lack of communication and transparency is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the service was awful—disorganized and unprofessional. If you value clear communication, proper service, and avoiding unnecessary stress, do not use this facility.

BEWARE of Louisville Surgery Center billing practicies. I had a procedure at their surgery center in June of 2022. July of 2024, I received the first bill with an amount due. After several attempts to contact their billing department, they finally called me back explaining that they switched billing companies, reason for the bill being sent for more than two years later. I find it interesting that the bill noted an insurance adjustment in June of 2022, however due to them changing billing companies, they decided to send me a bill more than 2 years later. I have no way of proving if I paid the bill or not, due to my online banking not going back that far. Pam, in billing, stated it was due and they can bill at anytime. Completley unprofessional company. The Attorney General should look into their business practices. I do not recommend Louisville Surgery Center.

Absolutely the utmost professional and friendly staff in the city!!! Every nurse was 100% in everything they did and watching the team work was fantastic!! So much appreciated at a time when nerves are on edge for the patient. From registration to seeing you out the door, TOP NOTCH!!!
