Had a dental procedure scheduled months out for my child. Called every couple of weeks to try and get a quote because I know my insurance is awful and I wanted to try and budget for things. Called multiple times and was either told I'd get a call back or to try again later. SIX days before the procedure they call me and tell me my out of pocket costs for the FACILITY charges (not including the dentist and anesthesia charges) was $3,530 and they required payment up front. When I told them I didn't have that their 'generous' payment plan was ~$800 up front and then ~$900 for the next three months. They were shocked when I cancelled and mentioned they take credit card too 🙄 I get the prices are out of their control because of insurance, but things definitely need to be communicated better and with more notice. Oh, and I tried to get a quote from my insurance directly and they told me to contact the facility because they were sure what coding was going to be used.

Nicole (the Italian nurse) was the sweetest! Knowledgeable, professional, and super friendly. The medical field needs more nurses like Nicole for sure. Overall, great experience.

Premier Surgery is top notch. Hands down. The staff was great. And Dr Ihnen is phenomenal. These people restored my eyesight. And I am so grateful for them. These people deserve 10 stars in my opinion. Especially Dr Ihnen. Thank all of you there.
