Wait 3-4+ hours for a 15 minute injection. Scheduling here is absolutely atrocious and lacks transparency. They should notify patients of these ludicrous wait times BEFORE telling them to show up 15 minutes PRIOR to an appointment time. The staff is incredibly polite and friendly. They're a 5 star people
Appointment was for 11am . It is currently 2pm and I’m still waiting. Next time just say my appointment is for 4pm instead of 11am…. Still waiting . Staff is rude and unprofessional
Well, almost a decade of ankle issues and here we are… Finally was listened to by a Doctor- turns out things weren’t too good! All the pain I was having had a direct source! She listened from the beginning and made sure I understood everything, and that I was able to leave with no more questions! Thanks so very much to Dr. Julie Neumann, M.D. !!! So sweet, caring, amazing beside manners and just such an incredible person! I was kept so comfortable by the entire staff from the moment I walked in, to the minute I was rolled out. I was blown away by the kindness and care I received… it made the experience so easy and actually kind of enjoyable! It was so scary as a 19 year old to hear I needed surgery, and how hard the recovery would be. I was assured, and reassured that I would have the resources necessary to be as comfortable as possible! Now I’m one step closer to recovery and having an ankle that’s usable to enjoy being active again. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!
Dr. Lalonde and the other physicians have been very helpful in theprocess of my recovery.
These people did not give me enough anesthetic, so I felt the whole thing. I was crying my eyes out because of the pain. They thought i was faking, so they refused to give me any sort of pain meds. I am also epileptic, and I take ativan if I'm about to go into a seizure. They refused to give me an ativan when my wife told them that. Once my vitals got low, my wife had to grab a nurse and bring her into the room to show them a THIRD time that I was about to have one. She had to tell at them to give me ativan, and they finally gave me some through IV and gave me a pain med by mouth. It's absolutely sickening the amount of negligence is at this surgery center. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THE SAME EXPERIENCE I HAD!!! These people are worthless. Did I forget to mention that I was crying my eyes out in pain this whole time?
