The employees are very friendly and put you at ease. My only down fall (and I’m sure this is any place) is that you do wait a while before surgery. Like you have to be there for a certain time … expect to wait 1-2 hours before actually having surgery. But in a way this is a good thing! They are caring for the patients ahead of you and not rushing them out of recovery. Plus if you are one to get anxious or nervous. They can give you meds too.

My concerns after a shoulder injury were addressed and replaced with a plan for recovery. From the very first visit the staff and doctor were professional and personable. I was impressed that the surgeon was excited to describe how he would repair my injury and get me back to normal. Had a total hip replacement February 3, 2016 Dr Kennard did the surgery. I just left from my 10 week visit and I feel awesome the best decision I've made. I highly recommend to anyone with orthopedic problems. Dr kennard and the staff at gulf coast orthopedics are amazing.
