Great doctors and great nurse practitioners. What I don't like about this establishment is the lack of communication regarding appointments and sending endless bills for missed appointments that I was never told I had. Instead of fixing the issue, they like to send hundred-dollar bills to collections. I work hard for my money and do not appreciate just giving it away due to their incompetence.

Together with Louisiana Gastroenterology there’s a culture of no one answering phones or even returning voicemails… consistently. They gaslight you by acting like it’s so strange as if they’re not doing it. Then they confusingly send you two different payable bills with similar amounts to the customer under the same account for the same procedure. What a racket.
