NOT PERSONAL AT ALL! My 18 year old daughter who was scared to death to get an IV and be put under went in for a scope. She asked to have me come back with her until the IV was in and she was prepped for the procedure. They refused to let me in and found every excuse for me not to go back. They even went as far as to tell me she was fine even after she called me from the back nearly in tears. This place is all about getting people in and out. No concern for patient needs. Five years ago, I personally experienced the same thing. My husband was not allowed in. They gave me little time to wake up, rushed me to get dressed, and explained my results, that I couldnt even comprehend because I was half way unconscious fron anesthesia. No plans were made to address my digestive issues, just "See you in 5 years". I should have known better than to give this place a second chance. The medical system fails to restore health and promote healing when they neglect to hear the patient and when there is no intention of getting to the root of an issue.

When I learned this place does stuff with your body while you are unconscious that has nothing to do with any test or procedure, I could never go back. And then they claim "they've had no complaints previously" you know, because the patients are unconscious and are usually clueless!
