During my husband’s short stay, the staff at Lafayette Surgicare were professional and compassionate. He was especially grateful for Neil, who was empathetically patient with him at the start of his procedure. After, while in recovery, Lana was so kind and did a wonderful job caring for my husband and answering all my questions. Overall, the entire staff was amazing!

I sought doctors to do what I needed. I decided on a doctor that works within the Lourdes system that accepted my insurance. There were some certain requests that I had. I reviewed the ratings for Surgicare here on Google. 5 stars. So I was comfortable with Surgicare. The experience was seamless and very easy. Of course, there was a payment I had to make to go towards deductible but I was prepared for that thankfully. Was called in for prep in just minutes. Jessica was very calm and warm. Her demeanor was one that showed empathy and service. She seemed very caring, took her time, focused on me as a patient and very professional. Even called days later to f/u. The anesthetist was a kind soul, light hearted and obviously a professional. Explained and listened in detail. Doctor was cool, calm collected and he knew exactly what he was doing. I would certainly feel very comfortable having to undergo another procedure here. In fact, I think I would rather it.

The entire process for my husband’s knee surgery from scheduling to post-op was easy, thorough and professional. We both felt he was well taken care of. Everyone we encountered introduced themselves and told us what role they would be doing in his surgery. They were all extremely kind and detailed. This helped us both to feel prepared and put us at ease. Surgery can be scary, so I appreciate all they did to mitigate the nervousness. I highly recommend Lafayette Surgicare!
