Well, the service was decent the day of surgery, but they are unable to do paperwork online and then they manually copied everything which leaves a lot of room for error, even though I brought my personal printed paperwork in from home. Oyyy, what a mess!! And then the worst part is I have overpaid and I still have not gotten a refund on the balance due to me.. also their Anesthesia charges you 3% surcharge for charging with a credit card. Who in this day uses cash to pay for surgery? Or a check? This is absolutely ridiculous and they need to refund my money asap! I wish I could ask for the interest owed to me! I’m going to tell my surgeon that I would not recommend going there for anything ever again. My surgery was three months ago by the way!! So if you have a choice, go somewhere else for your surgery!

This is (Ramona Elsayed) I had knee arthroscopic surgery yesterday and everyone there that I had contact with was very professional, informative, kind and understanding to my needs. I could not have asked for better treatment than I received at Jefferson Ambulatory. They just called to check on me and I appreciate their concern. A big Thank you to Dr. Binder too.

This place is phenomenal. I had never had surgery before, to which I made the staff aware. Also made them aware of my nervousness. This amazing team of individuals, from the front desk to anesthesiologists, made me feel like I was a part of their family. Treated me like a king. 100 percent impressed on the care I received from everyone here. Thank you Jefferson Ambulatory for a job well done! Highly recommend.

Every single staff member, from registration to discharge is fantastic. I’ve been there multiple times and each experience has been excellent. I always feel completely safe and secure and the nursing staff are caring and attentive. Anesthesia staff makes you feel safe, explains everything beforehand, Especially Matt. It’s nerve racking any time you have a procedure and they always do everything possible to ease your nerves. Thank you everyone!!
