Went to the center to drop off a specimen was told to be there by 1. Got there used the La wallet for ID since that is the reason La developed the app. Was told they needed it in physical form which made no sense since this is not my first visit here. The person at the desk stated she had 5 people in front of me. HOWEVER THE INSTITUTION STATED I HAD TO PROVIDE THE SAMPLE NO LATER THEN N HOUR AFTER COLLECTION. HERE WERE ARE 1 hour n 19 mintues later nurse comes and says they can’t use it!!!!! I have been here sitting here

Let me start with Dr Wells on the fertility side IS AMAZING cant get any better. I would give her a 10 star rating however, the Surgery Center is a joke. We got there at 8am waited an hour and a half before the person even Got there to work in the lab. They show zero remorse at the front desk and dont care.

Dr. Juneau is so wonderful. I feel so lucky and fortunate to have found her as my doctor. So professional yet reassuringly kind and friendly. Very understanding and empathetic.
