The first time we went they were wonderfulll. That didn't last. My husband bought glasses there and has had nothing but trouble with the lenses falling out. The technician told him he sat on them. He had to show her that that is how they were made. We called to make sure they were insured and they told him to bring them to the opelousas location. He got there and the door was locked. So I called back to see if they close early on Friday,it was only 2 p.m. and apparently they called from Lafayette office to tell them to unlock the door. He went last week for his eye exam and it took 2 1/2 hours. I went yesterday and walked out. I got there 20 minutes early and after an hour wait in the front waiting room I was brought to the back by someone who did not seem to be to happy to be there. And after that test I was put in another waiting area with three people in front of me. After my 2 hours I walked out.
They helped my Dad (who’s on Hospice), worked with him when he could make his appointment, and went out of their way to may sure he was comfortable and cared for, also helped me with him. Excellent staff! Christina especially helped me with an impossible situation, she’s an angel!!
I had the opportunity of meeting the Opelousas staff just yesterday. I was blown away how great of an work environment it is. Everyone from the receptions to Doctors were so pleasant to talk too. It was like I been there before. They all make you feel right at home. Can't wait to go back!
My family and I really have confidence in the Doctors and staff. Everyone is very professional and helpful in the office. Especially Mrs. Shirley that works with you during the selection of your eyeglasses. She is always helpful and will go out of her way to help you. On several different occasions, I observed her positive work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to help both myself and others while choosing glasses. Today she repaired a pair of my glasses that had nose pad issues. She took her time and meticulously replaced them even though they were a little difficult to get right the first time. I am very grateful and thankful for the support and service she provides for her patients, and I would give her more than 5 stars however 5 is the max I’m allowed to give.
The Lafayette Office... My experience there was amazing... My first encounter was with the receptionist, her greeting was welcoming and she was very helpful when it came to my paperwork... Now here's the best part of my visit, not only was Dr. Kim professional and kind, but the young lady who prepared me for the doctor was so informative, she had the most calming voice, and the way she explained my stages in aging with my eyesight was phenomenal... Not once did feel like an old lady who was being put out to the pasture... I only had the pleasure of meeting only 4 members of the staff and just them alone speaks volumes about all the employees... Thank you ❤️🩹
