I went in for my yearly EDG. The staff has always been so kind to help prepare me for my procedure. I put my whole trust in Dr. Dies and the staff at GIS. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Considering why I was there, the staff made it as quick, easy, and painless as possible. Every single employee I encountered was ChickFilA-level nice. Two thumbs up.

I was a little apprehensive after reading the negative reviews as my husband was having procedures done on 2/18. But I must say absolutely EVERYONE was extremely nice and helpful. They explained everything, were very efficient. We did not feel rushed out or made to feel hurried at all! Rusty Slack was very nice as was Dr. Bienvenu, after the procedure he explained everything. Highly recommend. With that being said I understand everyone can have a bad day!

The staff did an excellent job. Love Dr Jag and anesthesia crew. My problem with this facility is they don’t give you time to wake up completely. The employee that came in after I got back in my room immediately removed IV and placed me in wheelchair and wheeled me out. I told her I was still too drowsy and my concern was ignored. I understand that this is a big facility and money matters. I am a retired nurse that worked in case/quality/risk management. It is a huge liability pushing patients out before they are completely awake! It’s like herding cattle in and out. I would much rather use Willis Knighton but wasn’t given that option. This place needs to do better by their patients!

My wife just had a procedure done here. Similar complaint as I’ve read on here. The staff doesn’t care about you at all. As soon as you get wheeled back from “recovery” you need to wake up and get out, they need the bed for the next patient. Doesn’t matter you are still trying to wake up. Got told today, “You need to move faster” while trying to put shoes on. The nurse didn’t even assist my wife getting in to the wheelchair. The nurse said she need to hurry up because she “has been in there forever.” After a 25 minute drive home we are back within an hour after receiving anesthesia. This clinic is horrible.
