Every time I've gone in, which has been a lot since summer, my doctor has been swift and dismissive; she has never been in the room with me for more than 5 minutes despite long wait times, and she never reads her own notes, so every time I have to explain what's been going on. The best thing she did was refer me to an opthamologist out of state, even though it took her 2 months to do so. Last time I was in, I was explaining my newest symptoms and, without even looking at me, she told me it was just dry eyes, which it very much was not. I will say, the staff is very nice, and I've only seen one doctor there, but if I return I will be requesting a new one.

I had cataract surgery in both eyes in the care of Dr. Hallie Hahn and I could not help but highly recommend her for her wonderful patient care, extreme professionalism and great follow up care. I would recommend her to all my family and friends. The office staff were pleasant, professional and wonderful to deal with. I had a terrific experience and if I had another eye care emergency, I would definitely seek the care of Dr. Hallie Hahn.

Dr. Jackie Nyugen and team is the best retina specialist in Maine. I had lost vision in my right eye and it was through devine intervention that I was referred to EMG (a story for another time) she went above and beyond to restore my vision. The team is amazing, they are jovial, respectful and you can feel that they genuinely care for you and your well-being. We moved from Maine and Dr Jackie search and found the best retina specialist in my new state so that I can continue with the best of care for my eyes. You cant put a price on that!! May God continue to bless her and the team💕

Nobody had explained the issues she had, Gretal went over and above with tests and explanations. She is so kind and knowledgeable, she explained what to expect before and after the procedure and I cannot thank her enough. This lady needs a raise.
