AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! From the first steps through the door with the front office personnel, to the nurses getting me ready for the procedure. Amanda was excellent starting the IV and then with post op. Dave the anesthesiologist was on point and making you comfortable. I had Dr. Sechler , again I can’t say enough. Great bedside manner before and after. Thanks to everyone involved. Would highly recommend!!!!

WOW!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Everyone from registration to the Dr. J. Canakis was very comforting. I wasn't rushed at all and the staff answered my questions about my procedure .This office should be the example of how to provide excellent customer service.They are the customer service champions. Nurse Stacy and all the nurses and staff working the day of my procedure went above and beyond. I almost felt like I was at a high end Spa(Loved the warm blanket). This office is very clean and inviting. I highly recommend this location. If your looking for trusted professionals they will have you safe and sound. Way to go TidalHealth. 10 stars to Delmarva Endoscopy Center. They set the tone for quality, customer service, comfort, trust and professionalism. You won't be disappointed my fears are gone. I just had a colonoscopy today at Delmarva Endoscopy Center and I was blown away by this place. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the receptionist until the end when they walked me out to my husband the experience couldn’t have been better! The receptionist, nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. Canakis were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most of all had a great bedside manor which is sometimes hard to find these days. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!! If I could give more than five stars I would!

I do not have enough good things to say about Dr. Canakis and the staff at Delmarva Endoscopy. They are all top notch and make an uncomfortable and embarrassing procedure like a colonoscopy almost pleasant. I would highly recommend their care from the receptionist to the nurses, anesthetist and physician. In today's world, where any type of customer service is often lacking and experiences regarding medical care are frequently disappointing, Delmarva Endoscopy gives me hope that the patient does really matter.
