Convenient one stop health clinic. It's convenient to have medical doctors in a facility that offers imaging services like MRIs and x-rays along with lab work all in one location. The operation is efficient and welcoming. If possible, avoid the geriatric rush at 7 a.m. for lab work, or you will have a lengthy wait. Otherwise, no complaints.

I initially left this practice after Dr. Evans departed, as I valued their care. I did return once to see Dr. Nwaogbo, but unfortunately, that experience was disappointing—he came across as dismissive and defensive when I voiced my concerns, which discouraged me from returning. However, I decided to come back about a year later and saw Dr. Fine, and I’m so glad I did. She was phenomenal—attentive, empathetic, and truly listened. I didn’t feel like just another patient. She provided thoughtful feedback and gave me a helpful set of referrals for ongoing concerns. Also, Brian at the front desk made a great impression. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, checked me in efficiently, and added a touch of humor that made the whole experience more comfortable. Overall, my recent visit restored my trust in this practice. Thank you!

I had to call the office 4 times on a weekday they were open and I’m still waiting gif a call back 2 days later. It’s a darn shame when you have an upper respiratory infection and your doctors office is open and they tell you to go to urgent care. What’s the point of having a private practice? My doctor called me back after I called and left two messages. He was off that day and I appreciate his call back. But he told me to go to urgent care. I then called back two or three more times asking to be seen there instead of having to go to urgent care on a weekday when my doctors office is open with other providers working. I’ve been a patient there for over 30 years. The healthcare industry is changing and sadly so is the quality of care. I think this practice has gotten too big to handle their patients. Thus happened to my family member too. Then I was waiting for the manager Rachel to call me back and that never happened.

They send you an email telling you to arrive 15 minutes early for your 8 o’clock appointment only for you to have to sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes because they don’t open the doors until 8 o’clock. They don’t include in that email that parking is around the side of the building, which looks like a dump btw, no prettying up here. So you walk up to the front doors to find there is a sign telling you to go enter around the corner. So you go around the corner of the building that backs to a wooded area full of trash. Then you walk up to the second set of doors you’ve been to and find they’re not even open until 8 o’clock. And so you’re just waiting for 15 minutes in your car with the other 10 people who have shown up and are also waiting for their appointment. Once I got in I asked at the front desk where to go, since none had been provided in the appointment reminder voicemail, and was told “they’re closed today”. I said I have an appt and she didn’t seem to know what to say but the other person there said “it’s cardiology” so the first one who told me it wasn’t open today then said “oh, 2 desks down” You’d think the people working at the front desk would know what’s going on and what’s open or not. It’s a good thing I didn’t take her at her word and leave when she said they weren’t open. My appointment itself went well. The provider was nice and the back areas are very updated and clean looking. It was getting to that point that left a lot to be desired and Ascension St. Agnes has definitely lost a lot of the warmth and the feeling that they really care about the patients through the years.
