My experience went from complete disaster to fulfilling success due to the dedication, caring and professionalism of the team involved with my care. I thank them and would recommend to anyone.

I love this place so much. It was our first time ever and I am glad we were sent by the other office in Columbia, MD to this treatment facility . DR. SOLOMON is excellent. She tells you what is going on and showing you images. She very kind and a compassionate doctor. So with the staff and the nurses. The front desk were ready to help and very assuring. The nurses were very comforting and helpful. I will always be in this treatment area no matter what. I never liked the one in Columbia, MD. The staff were aloof and not helpful.

The nurses made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, and doctor Louis Salas took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well cared for throughout the entire process. This was my 3rd time over 25+ years I've trusted the Gastrointestinal Diagnostics Center (GDC) to diagnose my digestive health. I moved out of state a couple of years ago, and yet I returned to this center because this practice is so outstanding The process, care and procedures have always been professional, caring and organized. The prep instructions are easy to interpret and follow. They also provide contacts in the practice if you have questions, concerns or any issues. On the procedure day, I was impressed with everyone I encountered. The staff members were friendly, introduced themselves, explained their role(s) in the procedures and made sure I was comfortable. I have referred many friends and family members to GSD and they've informed me that they too had great experiences. Dr Salas has been my Gastrointeinisit for all 3 visits. I would be comfortable with everyone in the practice. Out of 5 stars, they get a 10+ from me. I strongly recommend using this center.

Equally remarkable was the compassionate support provided by RN Barbara. My husband was quite apprehensive about the procedure beforehand, but Barbara's warm, empathetic approach and clear explanations did wonders to alleviate his anxiety.
