If I had to have surgery, this was the place to do it. Everyone was very personable and kept me updated on what was happening each step of the way. Normally when I have to have an IV I end up getting poked 4-5 times, Janelle did it on the first try. Top notch group in my book. Thank you all for taking great care of me.

Worst experience ever! Dr. Was 2 hrs behind and didn’t notify me instead had me wait 3 hrs with mask on had to sit and listen to nurses talk about Doctors and personal lives while they congregated outside my room which tells me too many staff with nothing to do but stand around, was treated poorly by nurse who checked me in she put blood pressure cuff so tight I have bruises where it was pinching my skin and caused my arm to turn blood red! Dr. Was aggressive in giving me injection didn’t numb me enough and was in pain while he did it, could feel a lot of pressure while he did injection and he wouldn’t stop when I told him I could feel pressure and needle going up inside of me, instead I was told by nurse I was being difficult, really I was strapped to be face down and couldn’t move. Will never go back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know.

Amazing! Had carpal tunnel surgery & was well taken care of; from the moment I walked through the door until the time I left. The medical team here is amazing! Not one bad thing to say. Super clean, organized & well ran! Ms. Gert, Rachel, Jen, Ama & Jocelyn really know how to make patients feel respected & treated me as if I was one of their loved one's. Dr. Lee, the anesthesiologist was super! Dr. Jander made sure everything was explained to me & checked on me several times before, during & after he preformed the surgery. This facility ran like a well oiled machine & I plan on returning for my other wrist to be operated on!!! Great Job to All!!!!

I had my surgery on June 24, 2021. I had a total left knee replacement. My surgeon was Dr. Edward Rabbit who did an amazing job. Immediately following my surgery he spoke with my wife giving full details and putting any fear ir worries that she may have had about me as she was in the waiting room. I must admit that I was very please with the entire staff who was friendly and caring...I would highly recommend this place as If I ever needed another surgery I would not hesitate going there again...

My special needs son had his oral surgery in this surgery center in Clinton, MD 2 weeks ago. I am giving this place at least 2 stars for them having a nice nurse who assisted my son in recovering after the surgery. It was the most horrible experience we ever had! Prior to the surgery, two nurses had a hard time finding for my son's veins on where to put the IV for anaesthesia. They pricked him with the needle in the arm multiple times but were unsuccessful. My son is nonverbal and a jolly young adult but that day was a nightmare for him, he was screaming and teared up due to so much pain. The nurses called the anaesthesiologist for help but still he had to do it more than twice and there was an instance that needles broke off when they needed to turn the needle around while already inserted in my son's arm. I just realized that they just kept pricking on my son repeatedly without at least a few minutes break in between or didn't even use EMLA (numbing cream) to lessen the pain that I believe health professionals should use in special cases just like my son's condition. They gave me explanations why it was difficult to find the veins, etc. etc. We've been to different hospitals in the past and this is not the first time to have this IV insertion performed on my son, believe me, it was not as difficult as it was for some health professionals. I was expecting for the surgeon to speak with us prior to leaving the vicinity, I was very much concern about the multiple insertion they did on my son's veins. But unfortunately, I was told that the doctor was busy and they don't usually speak to patients or families after the surgery. Kim gave us a call to follow up though, thankful for her. Just sharing my thoughts, totally unhappy experience for my family.
