Absolutely awful. The doctor was completely dismissive telling me the reasons why I DONT HAVE foot pain then not following up with my insurance. So after X-rays, MRIs and visits I’m still in pain and they just do t care.
Went in and was told that the treatment my pcp gave me was useless and the only thing I could do was use a specific cream that wasn’t sold in stores, you couldn’t get a prescription for and I could only buy from their office. Except they didn’t have it in stock and they had no idea when more would come in so they just sent me away with no other information/treatment plan except “we’ll call you when we get more”. The most useless doctor I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who wants useful information go here
I wouldn't recommend, zero stars...my thoughts: -Dr's are probably fine but... -Staff is incompetent and disorganized. -Too long wait to get my orthotics...over two months. Other facilities wait is one month or less. I was never called, when the orthotics were in. If I did not call, who knows how long it would have taken to get the orthotics. -Yesterday, I called again since my insurance had paid more than two weeks ago...after some confusion after I told them insurance paid, they said the orthotics could be picked up. Today, tried picking the orthodics and was told I couldn't! Showed them the insurance statement and complained I had driven 1 hour. Finally after more waiting, I finally got the orthotics. -To add, good luck when calling for an appointment or status. Most of the time you will get an answer machine and you'll have to call again and again before someone finally returns your call! I do NOT recommend this place!
Never coming back here again. I came here for the first a couple years back and seen two different doctors and had a great experience. I recently went back for the same issue but with a new doctor because the ones I seen before no longer worked there. I initially came in a few weeks or so ago saying I had this problem before and what the doctors did, expecting the same things to be done. It felt like a quick visit in and out, she did not listen to the concerns or do anything but prescribe an ointment that was not needed the very first time and proceeded to tell me that the things I pointed out were not what I said it was. After my first appointment I went back a week or so later and told them nothing was resolved, and I am STILL dealing with the same problem. I am left with a bloody blister still on my toenail, unable to wear tennis shoes. I did not bother calling back to complain nor do I have money or time to keep going back, so I will be going elsewhere to get the issue resolved. Very frustrating.
I had an excellent experience with my podiatrist. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. The doctor was not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive to my needs. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the diagnosis and treatment options in a way that I could easily understand. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my well-being and were dedicated to providing the best possible care.
