Procedures Performed

Common outpatient procedures performed at this ambulatory surgery center, based on reported specialties.

Knee ArthroscopyA camera and small instruments are inserted through incisions the size of a buttonhole to repair cartilage, trim a torn meniscus, or remove loose fragments. Because the joint is not opened fully, recovery is far faster than traditional open knee surgery.Shoulder ArthroscopyUses a small camera and instruments through tiny incisions to repair the shoulder joint โ€” commonly for impingement, labral tears, or damaged cartilage. Most patients go home the same day and begin physical therapy within the first week.ACL ReconstructionRebuilds the torn anterior cruciate ligament using a graft, since a fully torn ACL does not heal on its own. The surgery itself is outpatient, but returning to cutting and pivoting sports typically takes nine to twelve months of structured rehabilitation.Rotator Cuff RepairReattaches torn tendons in the shoulder to the bone. Pain relief often comes well before strength does โ€” a sling is typical for several weeks and full recovery commonly takes four to six months, with physical therapy doing much of the work.Carpal Tunnel ReleaseCuts the ligament pressing on the median nerve at the wrist to relieve numbness, tingling, and night pain in the hand. The procedure takes about 15 minutes under local anesthesia. Night symptoms often improve immediately; grip strength returns over several weeks.Joint ReplacementDamaged joint surfaces are replaced with implants, most commonly at the knee or hip. Once exclusively a hospital procedure, selected healthy patients now have this done at surgery centers and go home the same day with a structured recovery plan.

Had hand surgery here. Entire staff was phenomenal and had the best bedside manner. Kathy was my OR nurse and was great at calming my nerves (was awake for surgery). I was in and out of the center in an hour. Very efficient.

Wonderful experience at the Surgical Center. Entire staff was very welcoming and professional. They all really put me at ease. Dr. Foster is an amazing surgeon and Dr. Lemke is a wonderful anesthesiologist. The entire staff makes sure you and your family are at ease. Smooth process from start to finish.

Its business office is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. Apparently, I was sent one bill that was never received. Instead of sending a follow-up bill, the business office turned it over to a collection agency. You call to discuss and nothing but rudeness from them. What kind of medical provider sends a matter to collections after one attempt. Be careful with this place. As for the facilities, I've seen worst but it definitely is not a class A facility. Ceiling tiles are wet looking, floor doesn't look as if it's been cleaned properly in a while. Beds are older. I wasn't impressed.
