I have been receiving services here for 10 years. Dr's To and Warner are great surgeons and their entire staff is so professional and welcoming. One week ago Dr To performed an Anterior Cervicoplasty (necklift). Today was 5 days post surgery and the stitches were removed. I couldn't be more pleased with the results, even though I still have some bruising. So happy I had Dr To perform this surgery. At 71 years old my neck looks amazing!

I went in Sept for Botox with Jessie and inquired about threads. I was basically sold a lie with a pamphlet instead of being told that theres very minimal change with this procedure. Not only was my botox very uneven but the threads completely fell after just 3 weeks. Not only did I have severe lumping after my procedure, I have a spot on my face that ripples now almost 4 months later. Upon my 6 week check up, I expressed how unhappy I was and said I look nothing like the women in the pamphlets. Her response was that those results are only among the top 20% who get threads done that its rare to have those results.. WAIT WHAT?! Bc thats what you gave me to reference before taking $2500 of my hard earned money. They also tell you the threads will build collagen.. lie #2. 4 months later and I've built ZERO. A complete and utter scam of $2500. She offered to do a few touch up threads but I paid $2500 to have it done correctly, not to endure more pain, swelling and numbness. Not to mention i had to Google everything after my procedure bc the bare minimum was explained. Jessie also is defensive and not very pleasing to speak with. I feel like im owed a refund. Absolutely a waste of money and time. I do not recommend this practice for anything cosmetic. Just a complete scam and dissapointment.

Very happy with the dermatological care I've received over the years... more recently, Jasmin has been great to work with. Jasmin is very professional and knowledgeable, always making each visit a comfortable experience.

I was a few minutes late for my appointment but there were very gracious about that. Checkin process was easy. The PA saw me almost immediately. Did a thorough skin check for cancer. The PA, Emily was very thorough and very friendly
