My recent visit to the Foot & Ankle Specialist was very positive. The staff was friendly and everything was well organized. The doctor clearly explained the entire procedure step by step and made sure I understood the process. He was patient, thorough, and made me feel confident about my treatment plan. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for an office to treat your foot and ankle issues, you are better off looking elsewhere. I selected this office because I had an accident and quickly needed to see a specialist after a trip to urgent care. This office will have availability… but beware. It’s unclear to me if the issues occurring at this office are to do with office staff or the doctor so keep that in mind. This has been my experience for the past week: 1. Office/doctor would not look at x-rays from my urgent care visit, even though I shared the necessary paperwork with the office to access them. 2. Office/doctor would not incorporate x-ray analysis from urgent care visit which resulted in a different diagnosis based on x-rays taken in the office. Despite my request, further scans recommended by the specialist ignored prior x-ray findings/doctor notes and focused only on in-office findings. 3. In my follow up paperwork, there was an image of a DIFFERENT PATIENT’S FOOT with an entirely different issue. Given obvious HIPAA concerns I let the office know of the issue immediately. Three days later, the paperwork has not been changed. 4. I called today and asked for my x-rays taken at the clinic. According to the receptionist, the only way for me to get my x-ray images is to physically drive to the location and take a picture (using my phone) of their computer monitors. This is ironic because according to doctor’s prognosis I shouldn’t be on my feet at all. In summary, if you are looking for an office to perform a comprehensive analysis on your ailment, inclusive of all facts and evidence, and require information security with sensitive medical records… This is not the office for you. Loved the staff, ease of making the appointment and filling out their documentation on an ipad, and that I was seen relatively quickly by Dr.Tabor. Overall, glad I swung by as another podiatrist had me on a long waiting list and I’m sure I wouldn’t have gotten the same level of attention and explanation to my issue as I did here. Above was my original review. I dropped the score as I was told to cancel an upcoming appointment in order to get a refund since my insurance covered everything. This has been a huge hassle and their office is incapable of doing anything except forwarding you over to billing. After a few weeks I called back to see what the hold up was and they said the first person didn’t issue the refund correctly and that now it will go through but it can take a few more weeks. This was after being hung up on twice and having to call over and over to figure out what’s going on.

The staff is friendly and very efficient. I didn’t wait long for Dr Weber. He has excellent bedside manner and answered all my questions.

Dr. Weber is patient and generous with his time. Every visit has been a pleasurable experience. After curing my foot problems some years ago, Dr. Weber sees me once a year to adjust and replace my shoe inserts.
