There was one nice nurse that gave me a Coca-Cola following my procedure that was very nice. Everyone else was incredibly rude. The nurse that took my vitals after checking-in even rolled her eyes at me. I wish I had names but I was so weak and sick from not eating and taking prep that I could barely think straight. The woman that was asking me about my medication history in the surgical room kept challenging me on why I was there? Just awful. This was my experience for my appointment on 10/21/2025 at 10am.

I was in there weeks ago and forgot to review. It was perfect as far as I'm concerned. I had Dr Vaid but I forgot the nurses, anesthetist, and front desk staff names, even though everyone was superb. I was a hard IV stick and it was taking way too long because I was rather dehydrated from the prep, but everyone worked together and got it done in the estimated time. I feel very lucky to have happened upon this place when another place didn't have any dates that fit my schedule. To everyone from the front desk to the back and recovery, thank you! Dr Vaid, thank you! Hopefully I'll see you all the next time I'm due 🖖🤙

Everyone was so incredibly warm and kind. This was my first colonoscopy and I was so nervous but the staff made me feel at ease. The facility is well staffed and clean. I did not feel rushed. I felt like every single person genuinely cared and there wasn’t any frantic energy of staff being overwhelmed. I’m grateful that I was referred here.

This was my first time at this facility and I was really impressed with everyone there! From check in to my departure, everyone was kind, communicative and caring. I appreciated each person’s attention to detail and how thorough they were. Everyone made the whole experience great. If you’re having a procedure here, you will get great care from beginning to end! :)

I had a colonoscopy for the first time today and was very nervous. The entire staff from the receptionist, nurse, assistant and Doctor were so friendly and comforting. They even went along and got my nervous humor. The nurse doing the IV was excellent, I didn't even feel it. I highly recommend this office for your medical needs.
