Dr.Avi Weiss was great. But this review is regarding all the support staff at the facility, specifically the woman in billing. Took a condescending tone, harrassed me for payment for an oversight on the receptionist's end, and then finally overcharges me on even that as I later realised when I noticed my Insurance claim and benefits. Seeing all the reviews here already I doubt anyone at midatlantic urology cares. I got my job done with the Doctor, and I feel lucky for that. Won't recommend these guys.

Was able to get an appt really quickly with Selay (PA). The staff are personable. I had started a medication prescribed by Urgent care who also recommended I see urologist. She advised to stop those meds and use new one twice day for 14 days. Followed treatment plan went back for follow up. Her words “everything is fine come back in 3 months”. Since theres no portal Im not able to see test results. That was a Thursday by Saturday symptoms return and are worse. Return to urgent care Sunday, couple bacteria are cleared but the main one remains and condition is still there. So Im starting all over and now Im feeling generally unwell from all the unnecessary extended antibiotics that didnt work in the first place. Plus the unresolved condition. She has no clue what she is doing and I dont know who’s test results she was reading if she even read them. Complete waste of time.

Hi, few days ago I went to mid atlantic urology. I had some issues with frequent urination, I was able to see Belay(PA) and she provided me with the help that I needed. She's very sweet and listened to all my problems. It didn't take long to see me either, front desk/all MA were so welcoming. Overall I recommend this place!! 9/10

My experience at the office was actually fine. I found the staff to be professional and the doctor to be knowledgable and friendly. HOWEVER, after my appointment, the office has emailed me EVERY SINGLE DAY to write a review about my experience. It has now been over two weeks. Well: here's your review. I thought the medical experience was fine. But please don't harass your patients with ridiculous never ending requests for reviews. Especially if you want to receive good reviews. There is nothing more annoying than getting daily emails clamoring for reviews.
