I suffer with awful anxiety and went in for my first colonoscopy/endoscopy due to Gi problems I have been having , to start all the staff from reception to each of the nurses , anesthesia, and Dr Khosa were AMAZING. They were kind , empathetic and very informative. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I honestly had the best experience with the staff on site 9/29. This was my very first surgery & everyone treated me with such patience & answered any question I had pertaining to the procedure. Thank you for making me feel calm & confident that everything would go as smoothly as it did :)
If I could give 0 stars I would have. This is not a review pertaining specifically to CVSC, but instead of the anesthesiology services that they use with NAPA (North American Partners in Anesthesia). My husband has received multiple bills, for the full amount of his services. They have never submitted his claim to our insurance. I have attempted to contact them five times via phone and twice via email. Never once have I received a call back or any response to my emails. Yet, they threaten collections. Just a heads up that their customer service is TERRIBLE and they should be reported to the surgeons that use Cumberland Valley Surgery Center for their lack of respect to patients. Please choose a new anesthesiology provider!
They where wonderful and made me feel comfortable and safe. From the front desk to the nurse starting iv to the or room everyone was good .
Everyone from the front desk to the recovery care personnel were wonderful, caring, professional, and tried to ease my nerves. At first the anesthesist Doctor Clarke spoke of the medication she'd give to ease my nerves and help me not be in pain during the procedure. Once I was on the table preparing for it the anesthesist thought that holding my hand as if I were a child would be all the medication I'd need. She even said "squeeze my hand if you need too" I'm a grown woman with aniexty issues. I am overweight, have a problem holding my breath when in pain and anxious, causing my O2 sat to be low. But was alert, speaking clearly, and needing some medicine to calm me down! According to her she gave me minimal amounts. Being a large woman means she gave me nothing. I am still angry. I have no use for her apology after the fact! She didn't do a thing to help me!! As far as I'm concerned I shouldn't have to pay for her presence in my procedure.
