My ultrasound with Mrs Robin was wonderful. She was very professional, polite and answered all of my questions with no judgments. I loved this location becausenits close to my house and covientent for me to travel to. In the future for any other ultrasounds I want Mrs Robin again.

I had hand surgery with Dr. Choo and his two techs Alycia & Shanay. I was so nervous. They made me feel so comfortable. “No need to be nervous you have us”. They were very informative. They allowed me to play music. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Kelly was an excellent technician. I have issues with the machine and can get extremely uncomfortable during the process. He heard about it and came right out to find me and help me get comfortable. He showed me the machine. We did a test run with me laying down and feeling around. He noticed that I was still having issues and assured me I could still use the headphones and eye cover. I don't remember the name of the gentlemen that did the IV. But he was helpful and careful. Being under the weather I was dehydrated and he found my veins with patience. Once in the machine, Kelly's cheerful demeanor and helpful hints (pillows, hand placement, blankets) made this a memorable experience. Having to have an MRI is not normally for a pleasant reason but having someone like Kelly and his partner make the experience pleasant. Experience 10/10 Administrative 2/10 - gave appointment reminders but I was NOT notified prior to check-in or prepared for the large copay.

From the front door with security to my first appointment with my new Dr i felt respected and welcomed. Everyone that I came in contact with in the Doctors office including the Doctor and her assistant were kind and comforting. The Lab tech was awesome she stuck me once and it worked. The Pharmacy staff were also warm and welcoming. I received service with a smile and lots of respect
