Amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door. Kia was fabulous and helped me relax. My OR nurse and anesthesiologist were awesome and kept me calm before my surgery (sorry I was a bit loopy and forgot your names) and of course Dr. Lin was a master with the surgery and is so down to earth and kind. Thank you guys for keeping this anxious girl calm and occupied ahead of surgery and after. Yall rock!

CRMC Surgery Center is excellent! I had arthroscopic knee surgery with Dr. Matthew Thompson on Monday and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The receptionist greeted everyone warmly and the wait was minimal. My nurse, Erica, was great and both Dr. Thompson and the anesthesiologist explained their plan before I went to the OR. I was discharged with detailed discharge instructions 3 hours after arrival. Nurses don’t always make the best patients- we can be very picky 🤣 but I couldn’t have been happier with my care.

This establishment is by far the best place medically that I have ever been to! Every single one of the staff members exceeded my expectations and standards! Prior to my back surgery I was extremely anxious and nervous. From the moment I walked through the door they made me feel at ease, almost as if it were just another routine check up. They tended to every concern, answered every question I had, and even questions I didn’t think I’d have, and walked me through the whole process. I’ve been to many places and have dealt with a lot of establishments medically, but none have compared to the customer service they provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!! Thank you to all of the staff members for such an amazing service and for all that you do!!

I had a total hip replacement on July 3rd 2024 preformed by Dr Ramineni at Charles Regional Surgery Center. The facility was very nice and everyone was professional. I would like to thank Kia and John who both did an excellent job prepping me for surgery. This was a very stressful time for me, but you both made me feel comfortable and even made me laugh. Andrea was my nurse. She thoroughly went over all of my post surgery instructions with me and my daughter. The anesthesiologist was top notch as I experienced no throat irritation after surgery. The physical therapist had me up and walking after surgery including stairs. Thank you Charles Regional Surgery Center for a positive experience !!!
