My experience was great! The staff was uniformly kind and gracious and the procedure went very smoothly. I would highly recommend them and will return for any follow up visits.
My experiences with the center were very positive. I was treated with respect as well as joyful interactions. My needs were met timely and attentively. Thanks for all you do to keep your patients comfortable—physically and mentally!
I usually dread the colonoscopy experience,as most people do. However, this experience was the best! Extremely friendly staff from the front desk, to the nursing staff, anesthesiologist to Dr.P! We laughed, joked and even prayed, upon my request, before my procedure. I woke up literally singing after my procedure. Professional, efficient, caring wonderful human beings! Thank you and see you all in 7 years! Cheers and Happy 2026!
Overall, good experience. My nurse, Brenda was very thoughtful and kind. Of course, I love my doctor, shes the reason I go there. The staff were professional and explained the process well. I thought the surgery center itself could use a deep cleaning. Heavy dust hanging from the ceiling among other items in need of a good cleaning. Definitely could use some sprucing up!!
First let me say before the procedure I called and spoke to Shadae, the nurse. She was awesome! Next, upon arrival, the receptionist on 10/16/2025 was wonderful, kind, and welcoming!! When I got the back, I have to say, I was disappointed with my IV. I have great veins, and have had 50 + colonoscopies in my life so I am well aware of the entire procedure. The pain of inserting the IV stayed with me and when I awoke, still there. She said she used a bigger gauge needle because I had good veins. Um no! It looks like a new vein appeared on my arm that wasn't there. Actually, I called about the IV but never got a return call. At least I don't have a bruise. Whatever gauge needle they used before is what I prefer. Another thing, the last two colonoscopies I remember Eric being not so gentle. During the recovery, a young behind the desk was receptive to my needs,. She readily got me a warm blanket. Except for getting me ginger ale, no one else was particularly caring. Maybe a busy day but they said sit up, get dressed, and go sit in the chair while I wait for my ride. The delivery wasn't very warm. The need some training in this area even if they are in a rush. They should have assisted me to the chair. Dr Chasen is the best gastroenternologist!! Everything else was great. Look, you asked and if I don't say anything, it doesn't serve you nor me. I realized I used names so understand if you don't post this. Up to you. Thank you!
