This Center has got to do better! I am a new patient and have been trying to call for over a week to confirm my new emergent appointment as I never got an email or call back and nobody ever answers their phone when this is a serious health issue‼️It is absurd to wait for over 30mins or more each call for nobody to ever pick up‼️Where is the staff and schedulers???

This was my first colonoscopy. I was nervous at first but all the staff was super friendly and helped calmed my nerves down. The procedure was quick and easy with no complications. I was very pleased with my visit with Medstar Endoscopy at Luthervile.

This was my first Colonoscopy. But, Nurse Barb made me feel like she was listening to me the 6 or 7 times I called having questions about preparing for the procedure even though she emailed me the information I printed it out but I still needed her guidance and she came through. I felt at ease at home preparing for my procedure because of her listening. I got there and she came to the reception area and introduced herself to me and my daughter. She talk to me and got ready for the procedure. Nurse Barb multitasked beautifully. Then, the team took me back they worked together very smoothly (reminds me of Winning Basketball Team) I woke up in recovery and I was fine. I was so well taken care of from beginning to end. The Entire team thank you so much for a Wonderful Colonoscopy
