Dr. Vincent and his staff provided excellent care to me throughout the process for my rhinoplasty/septoplasty. All of my questions were answered thoughtfully and I was forewarned of all the risks. Cost and payment options were explicitly reviewed ahead of time. They helped push through my insurance claim. Though the procedure had a much more difficult recovery than I anticipated, they were fully supportive and available throughout.
