Front desk associate Wanda act like she is in a cartel no type of politeness no smile just rude and have a Stank face can’t ask her any questions get easily irritated tries to give people a hard time ! Like girl u work in the front desk smile a little this isn’t a cartel your job is literally CUSTOMER SERVICE not that hard.

My name is Yibeltal Yismaw, and I had a colonoscopy procedure scheduled for March 13, 2025, at 9:45 AM. I would have gladly given a 5-star rating in appreciation of the doctor and the rest of the staff. However, I was deeply disappointed by the nurse who escorted me from the reception to the procedure room and initially checked my blood pressure. She was unprofessional and disrespectful, to the point that I almost refused to be attended to by her due to her aggressive behavior. That said, I sincerely appreciate the kindness and professionalism of all the other staff members and Dr. Rahul. The procedure itself was painless and handled with great care. Thank you!

They are not professional people. I had to cancel my appointment for colonoscopy due to moving so I called up to cancel and they told me since it’s not 3 days prior to the procedure I have to pay a cancellation fee of $100 I really don’t understand what kind of the policy you choose to rip of people they called me up from billing department and told me if I don’t pay I can not have this procedure done ?!!!! This is a scam . This is unfair . Secondly when I finally get there to do my procedure they did not take any of my paper work until the fee was paid after that they told me Dr is going to be late at least one hour , now imagine you are fasting for 24 hours hopping you can get this done on time but the very last minute they tell you ooops sorry he is not on time ?!! They do not even bother to call u up and let you know you will be behind but when it gets to money collecting they are super fast . I will not suggest this facility to anyone they are a big rip off very disorganized and not helpful at all I am not going back there again

I had an endoscopy here earlier this week and was very pleased with the care I received. Check-in was smooth and efficient. I’d arrived about 10-minutes early and was taken back within a moment or two. The pre/post-procedure area has several gurney bays, with privacy provided by curtains. Although there were several other patients receiving care, the environment was calm and unhurried. The nurses were skilled, attentive, and kind; they consistently introduced themselves and were clearly identifiable by their badges. The nurse anesthetist did a fine job making sure that I can’t remember the procedure itself. Dr. Gupta saw me post-procedure and provided a clear description of findings and follow-up instructions. My only concern is related to masks. Everyone in the pre/post procedure area was masked. However, masks were not being worn in the waiting area, even though my pre-procedure instructions indicated that masks were required.

Scheduled for my EGD and Colonoscopy and kit was a drive from Ashburn Virginia since my GI uses this facility. Pre-visit was great with helpful information provided and clearance for my triple boosted spouse to sit in the waiting area. Staff in the waiting area and inside were great. Very helpful. My GI Dr Gupta was great and so were the attending nurses and anesthesiologist. Now awaiting results of the procedures. Very close to multiple eating places while waiting for someone.
