I was scheduled for an endoscopy at 2pm. When you schedule your appointment, you are not told that you should arrive 45 minutes before your actual scheduled appointment. This is counterintuitive, however can be considered patient error. I arrived around 1:45 thinking I was early for my appointment but received a call at that time telling me that I was late for my procedure. I never received a call the day of, nor a message at 1:15 when I was expected to be there. I was told that if I arrived before 2 pm (my appointment time) that the doctor could still do the procedure today. I agreed and quickly filled out the paperwork. When everything was submitted, I was pulled out into the hall by one of the front desk associates and told that the doctor had two separate procedures and would not be able to complete my procedure today. After a bit of back and forth the front desk associate inquired whether I had forgotten my appointment was today or if I was running late. Long story short, this felt like an unnecessary interaction and circumstance that could have been avoided had there been better communication. While doctors and office administrators have busy schedules, so do patients. I wasn’t even asked when I might be able to come back for a procedure or even get a chance to speak with my doctor. An unfortunate occurrence but hopefully can spare others from having the same experience from lack of clarity.

I went in for a colonoscopy and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The entire process was like a well oiled machine and I had no issues with the procedure, the doctors, or the nurses. Overall a very good experience for something that no one likes to do.

This is a fantastic practice. Everyone was extremely friendly to me, as well as each other. They took care of me throughout the whole colonoscopy procedure, and answered any questions I had. Everyone is very skilled in what they do and help each other. It's a very busy place, which is good to see that people like them too.

I've been to this center a few times for this procedure. They've been wonderful each time. I have to say this visit, they were exceptional. I have received some of the most fantastic care in the medical procedure/surgery field in my life. Let me start by saying they ran on-the-dot on time which on its own is beautiful. Both my nurses were fantastic. They helped keep my anxiety in check with their kindness and attentiveness. (I'm uncomfortable putting their names on public google so I'll abbreviate.) "Mid" managed to get an IV in my right arm, which is usually impossible, and in fact accomplished it with gentleness. "Ale" kept me comfortable as I came-to in recovery and provided me with reassurance about a post-procedure concern I had. She also made sure I had the pretzels I brought with me. I can't speak highly enough of my anesthesiologist, Dr. Fuller. I have never met a doctor with the wealth of warmth and calmness he showed me. I have never felt so comfortable going into a procedure after I met him. Everyone was lovely, jovial, and made my experience one to remember. I wish I could show my thanks in more than a google review. I highly recommend this center.
