Absolutely spectacular! The best care, compassionate, personable and overall just great people. I had an issue and my procedure couldn't be completed half way through and had to reschedule. They didn't charge me for the return visit which was so kind. I highly recommend this place

Every single person at Piccard is exceptional ! They are the nicest and most professional lovely staff, from the front desk to the doctors and nurses. They are lovely to work with. And I have been there at least 6 times over the years. The one lady that had a bad experience must just be a nasty person, because these people are the BEST !!

Excellent nurses! They were professional, caring, funny and on top of their duties. I had a longer procedure, and they kept my loved one informed and comfortable. Clean facility. The anesthesiologist and the surgeon (Dr. Petruccelli) were all great! Both of them informed me well of the procedures, patient with questions, kind and surgery went great!

This is my experience as a care-giver, if I could give them a negative star I would. My mother had to attend this surgery center twice for a wrist fracture repair. The first time the admin staff was curt but I figured they were just trying to make sure she understood the procedures. The second time, the surgery was scheduled last minute and when we arrived on Thursday at 3pm, the staff was incredibly rude. There are two staffers that sit at the front desk, 1 Hispanic young lady and 1 Asian young man. Both are absolutely in need of customer service and interaction training! Instead of focusing on the patients they want to be authoritative towards the care-givers assigned to picking up the patient. If we were just there the week before I don’t need you to re-explain the paperwork to she or I, and instead of getting an attitude because my mother is stressed by having to have a second surgery, the right thing would have been to comply with her needs and wishes. If you’re hostile from the initial interaction it cannot be expected that the people charged with protecting their loved ones won’t also become irate as well. I’m glad we will never again have to interact with this center again! The only saving grace for the entire experience were the doctor and nursing staff who took great care of my mom!
