Kema was amazing !! she was very helpful and gave honest options on glasses styles and how they looked. She offered all options that would best fit my needs. I highly recommend her and her friendly and professional manner. Peninsula Eye Center is lucky to have her on their team and staff.
I went to Peninsula Eye today. I give them 5 stars! everything from the front desk, the atmosphere, the tech and the doctor Kevin Darcy. Wow, very happy
I had the pleasure of working with Yolanda on my recent visit to purchase new glasses. She was friendly and professional. After letting me look for frames on my own for a few minutes, she came and helped me find additional choices. She was a huge help and we found the perfect pair. When I thanked her for her help at the end of our transaction, she said, "I like to givemy patients the kind of service I'd like my mother and family to receive " You really can't ask for better than that. Great experience.
My wife and I have been going to Peninsula Eye Center for years. The care is good the scheduling office is terrible. WE travel 50 miles to get to the office; one time we arrived for our “confirmed” appointments and were told we were “not on the schedule”. Now they are closing one of their locations and not properly notifying and seem to be unable to cope with the rescheduling. They treat you like it’s your fault and are both rude and condescending. It’s very disappointing to be treated like you’re a problem. The practice is overcrowded and the front desk schedulers are impolite and incompetent. Just a shame that good doctors can’t manage their office better.
I have been going to Peninsula Eye Center for 20 years. I have never been treated so poorly, or received such poor service in all that time as I have within the last 2 months. They don't answer the phone, they don't call you back, and when you go in there and confront them they lie right to your face and say they've called when they really haven't. I had to warranty some lenses in my glasses three weeks ago and I still do not have replacement lenses. Basically everyone has retired that I knew that worked in there. I totally understand why they did that now. Literally go to any other establishment. I would give zero Stars if I could.
