The ultrasound technician was very accommodating during the ultrasound. No pain or discomfort, she was really attentive to my concerns. The office for the most part greets you with a smile at the door and listens to the patients concerns when you are with medical staff. So thankful for this practice and the people who keep it running .

NP Mitchell is excellent. She has such a great bedside manner and is very thorough. I never feel rushed and she answers all my questions, even when I am nervous about my health. She is always comforting and let's me know, "I am going to be ok."

Be aware! They will cancel your appointment when you are more than 15min late even you have a newborn and breastfeeding. And the fact that they are never on time for your appointments.

My wife is a mom of 6weeks old baby and breastfeeding so it’s so hard to arrive on time at her appointment. Unfortunately, the office cancelled her appointment when she arrive a little bit later than 15min. I don’t think 15min or 20 late does matter because she came here all the time and it always like 20-30 min waiting and we never complained.

Andrea Nelson is very kind and compassionate. She never seems rushed and takes her time with my appointments and answers my questions. I will miss her but everyone I’ve dealt with at this office is great!
