Staff was caring and helpful starting with the Reception Desk (Step 1 with the forms). Shoutout to Marie (pre-op) and Melissa (surgical nurse). My husband's cataract surgery itself went very well. The anesthesiologist was thoughtful and explained everything--we did not feel rushed. And we really appreciate Dr. Flanders who performed the procedure. My husband was a bit confused about exiting the building and Nicole escorted him to the Lyft car picking us up. (I was using crutches so really appreciated her.) The waiting areas are uncrowded, quiet, and comfortable. It all went so smoothly from start to finish!

Single eye cataract procedure was performed by Dr. W. and a very capable, professional and pleasant team which resulted in a successful operation. If another needed, would not hesitate to return. The admin. staff was efficient with the paperwork.

I recently had an eye procedure done at the Eye Surgery Center, and I can confidently say that the entire experience—from start to finish—was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the reception staff welcomed me with warmth and professionalism. Everything was well-organized and efficient. Pre-op Nurse Marie was exceptional—she was compassionate, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease. Her kindness and skill truly stood out! In the laser room and operating room, the entire team worked like a well-oiled machine. Dr. Peter led the laser and OR team with confidence and care, and the anesthesiologist and OR nurse were both reassuring and attentive. I felt safe and comfortable in their hands throughout the procedure. Post-op care was just as impressive. The post-op nurse made sure I was stable and comfortable, and she didn’t leave my side until I was safely in the car, checking to make sure I was okay every step of the way. Even the follow-up the next day was smooth and thoughtful. Every single member of this team went above and beyond. You are all truly amazing! Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so smooth and comforting. Keep up the excellent work—your dedication and teamwork truly make a difference! God Bless!
