I had a pleasant experience. Joanne was able to drawn blood for 11 vials for my autologous serum eye drops. No other phlebotomist was able to drawn so much blood without sticking my arm more than one time. SHE BROKE THE RECORD. Joanne greeted me, was very professional and courteous. Individuals like her make the difference at Kaiser. Kudos to Joanne.

I was able to get an appointment on an emergency basis (very rare at most clinics/hospitals)since I was getting ready to travel. Staff was very nice and accommodating….
