When visiting JH Brady Urology Institute, we found the staff to be very professional and efficient. Check in was quick and we were seen by the doctor at the scheduled time. Dr Brian Matlaga was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable with his explanation of my husband's impending procedure. He was patient and thorough with this explanation of how the surgical procedure would be performed and our visit was not rushed. All of the above qualities allowed my husband, (the patient), to feel comfortable with the process. After the visit with Dr Matlaga we left feeling confident with his care and knowledge. I would definitely recommend anyone with kidney stones to choose Dr. Brian Matlaga as their Urologist.

I have had the need to visit the Brady Urological Institute several times throughout the past five years. The staff is excellent. Check in is quick, the nurses are expert. I couldn't ask for a better doctor than Dr. Pavlovich. I feel confident with his knowledge and care. Although a cystoscopy is not the most pleasant of procedures, the team of ladies in the procedure room are the very best. LaQuitta has been by my side on several of my visits. She is so kind, caring & comforting! With this last visit, I was graced with LaQuitta, Marie and Brooke. What a team! It was like visiting with friends, talking and laughing. Totally relaxed me before the procedure. If you have urological needs, this is the place to get the best care all around.
