The staff at Newbridge Spine and Pain are always friendly. The nurse always ask me about my pain level. I am also able to get my shots for the pain whenever the insurance allows me to get them.

I would like to personally thank New Bridge for all the help that they have given me and the care that they have given me. I definitely give them a five star rating for being concerned about their patients outlook on how they can make life as easy as possible and work with you, their concern has for their patience and you can’t ask for more than that. They do follow up quite a bit to make sure that all is OK with you And I do think that is very beneficial for the fact that they do care about you how the program is working for you and if there’s any concerns, they’re more than glad to hear you out. I am a patient there and I am grateful for all that they have done all that they’re doing For me. Thank you kindly

• Staff Attitude I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. When I handed over my driver’s license by placing it on the desk, the staff member refused to take it simply because I didn’t put it directly in her hand. Instead, she pushed my ID back toward me with her fingertip and gestured with her chin for me to pick it up. It was extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. • Physician Evaluation I brought my MRI results to the visit, but the physician did not even look at the images before determining a treatment plan. This gave me serious doubts about the accuracy of the diagnosis, so I ended up going to another provider for a second opinion. The second provider reviewed the MRI thoroughly and offered a different treatment plan, which I eventually followed. • Facility and Billing Notice Although this facility is listed as in-network with many insurance providers, patients should be aware that it is billed as an outpatient facility, not an in-office visit. This means you may be charged additional fees, including a facility fee and separate doctor’s fee, which can be unexpected and costly.

I had 2 recent visits with Nurse Irene. Each time, she was minimally cordial & barely engaging. I experience the same energy with the front desk staff. Getting a prescription was a hassle. It was often forgotten, when calling to follow up you’d be assured that it’d be taken care of for it to be further delayed — while you suffer. I understand that we have our individual challenges. When you choose to work in an environment managing patients who suffer from chronic pain, more attentiveness & prioritizing compassion would be sincerely appreciated.
