Experienced, friendly and caring staff! Impressive detail report about your procedure and follow up instructions. Follow up the next day was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this facility. Dr Epstein is friendly, has a great bedside manner and caring. The staff is also the same.

Very pleasant and comforting experience. Staff were very reassuring, just simply great! I went in with high anxiety and they were able to put my mind at ease and it turned out to be better than they explained!! Very happy with the way I was treated before and after my procedure!

This was my second procedure at Middlesex Digestive Health & Endoscopy Center. Both of my experiences were very good. The center staff are efficient and friendly and communicate well with patients. The nurses, anesthesiologist and physician (Dr. Epstein) made the whole process as easy as possible.

Dr Hyatt and the whole team was so supportive and made me feel comfortable very well with my anxiety. Dr Hyatt also helped me get the right prep that I can drink. I really appreciate the whole team.

My actual colonoscopy procedure with Dr. Linn and his staff was seamless! Excellent experience! Ally, incoming nurse was thorough, professional, friendly and personable! My only issue was unclear communication with receiving prep prescriptions. I was told I’d be receiving a call from the “Gift Pharmacy”! Never received! I had to call the office who informed me that “someone “ forgot to place order for my prescriptions! Picked up prescriptions at my CVS, one of which cost $60! Discovered after the fact that my plan doesn’t cover Sutab but I could have gotten a generic form of Sutab for $5! Also, not sure why patients are told to bring their ID and insurance cards when the receptionist never even asked for them!
