10/10 experience! From checking in at the front desk, to the nurses caring for me pre and post op. Jess and Ilene were wonderful, two other nurses were as well..I just cannot remember their names! They were extremely thorough, kind and compassionate. Paul, my anesthesiologist was excellent. The OR team explained everything and kept me at ease. Very welcoming environment and I'm so glad I had my procedure here. Dr. Wages as always is a 10/10. I appreciated the call a day after my procedure to make sure I was doing okay!

I'm forever grateful that my daughter was in such good hands. From the minute you walk into the center until when we walked out after the surgery I couldn't be happier. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Everyone was friendly and not just because they had to but truly, genuinely caring. I can't thank you enough.

I highly recommend this facility. I had the option of using a hospital or the NE Surgery Center, and I was not sure what to expect when I arrived for an outpatient surgical procedure. I was very pleasantly surprised. The receptionists, the nurses, and the doctors are all wonderful. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and they made me feel like I was in good hands from the outset. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff projected a very positive energy. I hope I never have to return, but I won’t hesitate should the necessity arise.

This is a place In which I have had the privilege to have as my GO TO Surgy center. The most wonderful staff is there. Dr Zachareas is in my opinion, the best Urologist I have ever found. ( I have had them all). The Anesthesiologists Dr. Shah and Dr. Christine Johnston and occasionally the wonderful Dr. Minesh Patel are just OUTSTANDING!! I have been going to NESC for over 12 years. Everyone from the front desk to the OR ARE JUST TOP NOTCH. I feel so comfortable and cared for by all of the nurses and staff. I LOVE THEM ALL! I would not go anywhere but New England Surgery Center.
