I had knee replacement surgery done at the Dedham Facility by Dr. ANDREW BRAZIEL. I cannot say enough about him, he is a caring doctor who cares for his patients and allows you the opportunity to voice your concerns and listens to you. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is an excellent surgeon and I am so pleased that I chose him as my surgeon I am very confident that I will heal very well from this surgery

My first visit and Adam at the front desk went over and above his duties in helping me get to where I needed to - the radiology department. Since I was on crutches, he got me a wheelchair and found an employee to push me there. The check-in was easy. Brittany, the Radiology Supervisor, was working as a tech as it was an extremely busy day. She was unbelievably kind. She was so patient with my need to take it slowly. She was a great conversationalist and was very encouraging in an uncomfortable positioning situation. She completely made my day. She even wheeled me out to the parking lot! I highly recommend this place!

Dr. John Marcoux is a wonderful podiatrist, and I had a good experience with his attempts at conservative treatment for my foot issues. However, even though they moved over to EPIC system for patient communication in early July trying to reach him was a disaster. I finally scheduled my surgery with a physician I could reach elsewhere. I won't use them unless they can figure out their communications system to make it responsive to patients.

Had a great experience at the outpatient center when I had my second hip replacement surgery on 7/18. Everyone I encountered was helpful (and friendly)....only wish I could remember their names. First surgery was done at the Baptist in Boston. I was lucky to have an excellent surgeon in Dr. Phillips. Would recommend. Everything was done efficiently. No waiting.

My wife had hip replacement surgery two days ago and came home after leaving the center, walking with a walker, the same day. The staff at the center are remarkably kind, caring and polite. I, as a spouse, would highly recommend this facility for your loved one who might need the services they provide. I can't say enough about NEBOPSC.
