Amazing staff, very efficient procedures, and very clean and orderly location. If I have to get surgery again, I hope it’s with them.

Note: the surgery was only yesterday, so this doesn't cover long-term care I was only the companion, so I can't speak for the surgery itself, mostly just the aftercare. Tl;dr We had such a positive experience, this is so long as a bit of a letter of gratitude for the folks at the surgery center. My mom had a knee replacement, which we've both been super stressed about for a while. Everything was very clear about what the timing, prep, etc. were going to be ahead of time (when we'd get the call about the schedule, what to do to prepare, they even had a class for what to do at home post-surgery). As for the post-op/recovery: First of all, to a person, everybody was SO NICE!!! I was so impressed by how personable they were, how they took the time they could to get to know my mom, how clear they were on the goals for the day, how well they articulated what we needed to do. Mostly everything was smooth sailing, but the nerve blocker was slow to wear off so my mom had a tough time standing at first. They communicated what was happening and reassured us both that there was no real rush and we wanted to be cautious. In the meantime, while we waited, they checked on her often and after we'd been there for several hours they got us set up with a laptop so we could play some trivia! That was just an extra step that made the time pass so much quicker and more pleasantly. For my part as the caretaker, in general I'm pretty upbeat and optimistic, for sure on such a short scale I can usually power through easily. HOWEVER, since we had the first appointment of the day I had slept really poorly, and since we'd been so stressed leading up to the surgery my nerves were a bit frayed. I did my best to stay out of the way while absorbing all the info I could. I was so moved that a number of the staff checked in on me! They got me a coffee, answered every one of my questions, recommended I take a little bit of time for a walk, and when I had a little mini breakdown at the end of our nine hour day, I got a hug and so much support and encouragement. One of the staff members even called to check on us once we got home. Special shoutout to Amy and Nicole. Truly lovely human beings and made the whole experience that much more smooth and less stressful. With all the info, there were a couple of fine details that were a little unclear once we got home, but nothing dire and since we're having a home visit any of that stuff should be answered today. Someday (hopefully in the distant future!!!) I will likely need my hip replaced, I would not hesitate to get it done here. In fact, if I can, I will request it. Thank you, team!! Keep up the great - and compassionate - work!

I had a SHOULDER ARTHROSCOPY WITH SUBACROMIAL DECOMPRESSION AND EXTENSIVE DEBRIDEMENT 2 days ago which was performed by Dr. Brian Busconi. The facility is absolutely beautiful and looks brand new. The waiting room is well furnished and very comfortable with snacks and drinks available. The electronic patient board keeps people waiting for patients updated on the status of their procedures. ALL staff members I encountered were extremely upbeat, personable, friendly, and helpful! They were professional and worked very well as a unit. Most notably I received excellent care from Heather, Kerry, Zoe, Dr. Anesthesia (sorry I don't recall your name), Kelsey, and Evan (who wasn't my recovery nurse, but was super friendly and helpful!). Thank you to Dr. Busconi and all the staff at the Surgery Center who made a typically anxious ordeal a pleasant one!

Incredible location and staff! No wonder it gets 4.9 reviews. It’s beautiful inside and out. So rare for a healthcare system. My mom had two hand surgeries here and it was so easy for everyone involved. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Had Ulnar nerve replacement surgery here. Place seemed so beautiful! Waiting room was relaxing and even had a "patient board" where it show the first two letters of first name and first two of last name of the patient and how far along they are in the surgery process for those waiting for them! I had the best care team! I suffer from extreme anxiety and everyone took the time to answer my annoying questions and make me feel calm. Surgery went smoothly and they gave me time to recover afterwards!
