Poor Communication and Unprofessional Service I recently had a disastrous experience with Weymouth Endoscopy that I feel compelled to share. After going through the arduous pre-colonoscopy cleanse, I arrived at the facility only to discover that my appointment had been canceled without any prior notification. To add insult to injury, I received an appointment reminder just the day before, leading me to believe everything was on track. The fact that I went through the entire cleansing procedure, only to find out there was no appointment waiting for me, is utterly unacceptable. It's an uncomfortable and miserable process, to say the least, and doing it all over again is beyond frustrating. As if that weren't enough, the staff had the audacity to place the blame for the cancellation squarely on my shoulders. Their lack of accountability and poor communication is appalling. I would expect a healthcare facility to prioritize patient care and transparency, but Weymouth Endoscopy failed spectacularly on both fronts. I can't recommend Weymouth Endoscopy based on my experience. If you're looking for a facility that respects your time and communicates effectively, I suggest seeking treatment elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and choose a provider that values its patients.
