I have been very happy with the care I have received. The staff was professional and thorough. The nurses helped to alleviate my anxious feelings and concerns.

My experience with the office staff and providers was very positive. My only complaint was that I was taken an hour after my scheduled time and it was already late in the day. But understand things happen. My husband went here too and we were very satisfied overall with all aspects so would definitely return here in the future!

My experience was better than I expected. My surgeon listened to my concerns and completely took action to resolve them. His anesthetic nurse/dr was fantastic. 100% satisfied !

Everyone I dealt with was GREAT! Professional, kind, friendly, reassuring.. I had gotten bad results from a Cologuard test so was on edge, extremely uneasy. Everyone, especially the two nurses, was outstanding.

Completely let down, 100%. Supporting staff was great but pre-anesthesia doctor was terrible. Scheduled an exam months in advance and after 3 days of prep (and 36 hours with no food) arrived 15 minutes early and facility had not been opened yet. Presented my pre-filled out exam paperwork after the doors were opened and still waited over an hour to be seen. When I was finally admitted, I was led in by one nurse, then another, then finally a third. I changed and was immediately bombarded with questions rapid fire all while hooked up to a blood pressure cuff. With pre existing neck injury (no pain meds or anti-inflamatorys) and the current pain of being on a partially elevated bed with no neck support, BP elevated, I was told almost immediately that for safety reasons I could not be examined. The kicker was that I asked the doctor FOR 10 MINUTES so I could relax from the battery of questions and could lay back, I WAS TOLD NO! After months of waiting, three days of prepping, a day and a half with no food, inconveniencing a family member for a ride from the appointment, and an hour PLUS wait and I couldn’t be given 10 minutes to relax… after which I was told I could stand to lose 10 pounds and schedule a new date (seriously?) You can imagine which direction my BP went after that. Needless to say, I will not be ‘rescheduling’ and when I voiced such (and after a staff member made a cheeky insinuation), my response was met with a reaction like this is a typical thing for them in a comical way (may as well be an insurance scam). Supporting staff/secretaries were great, but as for the prep doctor, ZERO STARS. Safe to say I will be scheduling with a different practice, but as for this one, they’re doing a bang up job with their ‘patient denials’ to pad their ‘get paid without having to do the work’ percentages. If you don’t mind being spoken down to by a pretentious old doctor (who, by the way, arrived late) who talks to their staff like you’re not even in the room, and you don’t mind having to reschedule, prep, travel, time, money, and arranging a ride more than once, then this doctor and practice is the right one for you. If not, My recommendation is to seek an appointment elsewhere.
