The employees here are incredible! They do their jobs quickly & effectively , yet are also extremely caring. The practice seems to be run in a very efficient manner, wait times are almost non-existent. Frankly I wish they offered more procedures - I would definitely choose them over any other surgical center I've been to!

I was just there for an egd to get my esophagus stretched, ppl are nice but they rush to do everything and rush to wake you up from sedation which made me sick and puking in the parking lot…. Furthermore it was supposed to just be a stretch and they took a biopsy without my consent and now my throat is literally on fire, can barely drink even water and definitely can’t eat anything! I will never have another procedure done here, they are more concerned about getting your bed emptied for the next person rather than patient care! Also dr should not be doing unauthorized procedures idc if they think it’s normal procedure or not you discuss that with the patient ahead of time! Fix your patient care issues and stop treating ppl like a dollar sign! Absolutely disgusted and in pain! Terrible experience!

Unbelievably HORRIBLE customer service!! Zero stars! They don't deserve even 1 star! Never sent me statements, Tamra told me not to call back after I had left several messages for office manager, Jessica. Wanted a statement regarding some information on my account and Jessica told Stacy to tell me "there is no reason to send a statement and we are not going to send it." Jessica never called me back!! I think you need a different office manager and Tamra needs to be informed that you don't tell patients to not call back! The patients ARE your customers and are the reason you have a job!! I will never go to this office again and have told MANY people about my experience.

The staff here are so knowledgeable.. They have finally made to state to state transition a breeze for me.. Unlike numerous drs and specialist I've seen in the last 3 years.. Becky, and Dr Z and actually everyone I've had a chance to meet have been extremely helpful.. Thanks west Michigan practices. I finally feel that I've found competent drs and nurses.

I cannot say enough about my doctor Roman Zolotoy! What an outstanding doctor! Caring compassionate, thorough, professional, and just plain nice friendly and down to earth. I've had bad experiences with other pain doctors and clinics, and not a single negative thing to say about this team here at all. Sometimes the phone system is wonky, but that would be it!
